Careful in November the other side of the resort will be under construction. Management is not able to handle things, staff is only friendly if you don’t complain, breakfast after 2 weeks a bit boring, menu and drink list very expensive.
Resort is hard to reach don't expect anything around. Cheap Taxis are hard to get.
- Restaurant Tip : Very nice food is around the corner at Harry's, Loulous and a really good Italian restaurant little bit further away opposit of the Santiburi Resort. If you want to save a bit of money book directly for diving or so and not with the Tour Guide at the resort, he does not really know what he is doing, we booked Kit boarding (4500 Bath for 3 hours) at the beach of the resort with him and the instructor told as than not possible at all at the beach of the resort. If you book directly it is only 4200 Bath, look out for the sign KSK he has open between 6 and 8 p.m.
