imperial Samui is a nice hotel with a good pool and the beach here is much cleaner than the main area of Chaweng. To get into Chaweng and around, I would recommend getting a scooter for 200 Baht ($6 US)per day. Otherwise the taxi will charge you 200 Baht per trip. The buffet breakfast was also pretty good.
Nice beach and pool, rooms were good sizes and nice.
It's a little far from the main area in Chaweng.
- Restaurant Tip : Eat Sense was really good and is right on the beach. Also, Mr. Ung's Safari tour around the island is pretty fun.

We booked 3 days here at the last minute based on the hotel website and tripadvisor reviews. This hotel more than lived up to the already excellent reviews and its own website did not do it full justice. It was absolutely excellent in every way. The upkeep of this hotel was of an exceptionally high standard, excellent beach, staff and food were superb. Room was beautiful

I really could find little fault in this hotel and I can be fussy !
The evening buffets are excellent but the pricing of the standard menu tends to push you towards the buffet option which the staff obviously prefer you to take.
Hotel Shuttle to airport was more expensive than a cab.
