- The personal, they are incredibly nice and helpful and the Manager does a incredibly job keeping european standards.
- The very nice rooms - For people looking just for a place by the swimming pool, it gets very crowded. There are not as many places to sit as people can be in the Hotel. We had a great time, we reserved the hotel for 3 nights but ended up staying for more than a week. The personal at Olivio restaurant are incredibly nice and very helpful. Even thought that there is not a beach in front of the hotel during the high sea hours, we found very nice this part of Chaweng. The hotel has kayaks for the guests, that can be used at no cost, the restaurant is quite good and the swimming pool is very nice, but small like all of them in Samui.
Hotel Feature Tip : You do not need to take a taxi to go to the Center, it is possible just to walk along the beach. There are many restaurants, it is beautiful, and not so noisy like the street. The Thai restaurant just by the Bob-Marey´s Bar is quite good and very close.

Nicely decorated & clean room, with a private jacuzzi in the bathroom. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
hotel provides a free shuttle to central chaweng 4 times a day. Pretty far from the main attractions in central chaweng.
Hotel has actually no real private beach as during high tide, water covers it all, and during low tide, the water are pretty far away.
Upon arrival, we were granted 2 coupons of 15 minutes of free "head and shoulder" massage at the hotel spa, but in reality it didn't last more than 7-8 minutes long.
Hotel doesn't provide a shuttle back to the hotel from central chaweng. Overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay at Baan Haad Ngam. Hotel was very quite and clean, although a bit far from the center of things in Chaweng which means you need either to use the hotel shuttle to get there, or use a taxi which costs 250 Baht each direction.
The room was nicely decorated. As we were in honeymoon, we were greeted by a large bouquet of roses, a bottle of chanpagne and a plate of fresh fruits.
Breakfast was good with a large variety of ingredients.
Bathroom was very clean and spoiling with 2 sinks, jacuzzi and a large sprinkling head shower.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use the pickup taxi (50 Baht per person) instead of the more expensive taxi-meters (250 Baht).

Great Location, Great rooms, friendly staff, beautiful koh samui Great location!!! Far enough away from the main stretch to be peacefull and close enough for convenience!! the beach in the mornings is amazing!!! there are sand dunes at low tide and everyone goes out to lay in the shallow water...bliss...Small pool...but it is amazing...need to leave towels on chairs if you want them otherwise you have no chance of getting chairs by the pool for the rest of the day, and no beach directly out the front when high tide.
