A great resort located right on Kharon beach. The staff, cleanliness, quality of service, and facilities were all as expected. A great place to stay right near the beach!

Not enough lounge chairs, lots of dents in bathtubs and furniture, shower would leak all over the pool, there are a lot of bad views/noisy rooms. I was so disappointed with this hotel. I was hoping for a very relaxing, comfortable and very well maintained hotel. It was not.

good location - across street from center of Karon Beach; very aggresive lobby shops; breakfast was standard fare; good location across from the center of Karon Beach; crazy system at beach -- cannot move the umbrellas -- yeah! right! so umbrellas may or may not shade the lounge chair your body is lying on; food is okay -- nothing you would come back for if it were a restaurant; good food a little down the street at Karlson's; people at reception desk were not very helpful -- always felt like you were interrupting them from something really important;
