i) rooms do need to be renovated, but this did not detract from an excellent holiday experience Our travel party consisted of 7 people, a mixture of parents kids and grand kids. All of the staff from the gardeners to the front desk were very friendly, and professional, the rooms, breakfast were of a good standard,and excellent value for money. The amenties were very good especially for families. The Hotel's location is excellent, close to all the night life, and eating places, but far enough away not to hear any noise. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel - excellent
Shopping Tip : always negotiate, if you never ask, you will never get, for example,
i)Fantasea Show is 2,400 baht ask for a discount, usually they will take 300 baht off - this is the transport cost

The hotel staff are always, will do anything to help & have some sound advice for shopping & night life.
The rooms are great, & are at a wonderful price. Have stayed here twice now & would go back to stay there again.
The location is great, & very quite at night, have stayed at a few places in Patong & this is the best.
Nightlife Tip : very close to all the night life but quite when you get home.

Very efficient housekeeping We were given a free upgrade to deluxe. The resort is really beautiful with lovely gardens and two large freeform pools. The room was well equipped and the housekeeping staff left nothing to be desired. Overall the staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a travel agent in the lobby. The breafast menu was superb and changed every day so you don't get bored eating the same thing over and over. Walk across the rad and 40 metres later you are on the beach. The two bars have happy hours from 5 to 7 pm where drinks are half price. There are several on-site restaurants with great food. The side entrance to the resort is right on the main beachfront street of Patong so a short walk puts you into the happening areas of Patong. Overall I cannot think of anything that detracts from this hotel and I would not consider staying anywhere else in Phuket.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you want to go to Phi Phi Island you need to be a swimmer or snorkeller because basically that is all this expensive trip is about as there is nothing else to do. Be prepared for quite a rough boat ride (you have to sign a disclaimer against injury).
