Nice garden and pool area, good location
our room where quite old even though i pay for an room upgrade, we had by accident made a dirty sheet for the bed, the hotel charge us 500 thb, to clean it. much much more than a new cost.

Pool area was beautiful and food / drinks service was great
Service from front reception staff / tour desk needs improvement.
On arrival, we were left standing at the reception counter for 10 minutes and when I asked what the delay was for I was told they had no booking for us. Luckily I had the hotel voucher from Agoda with me. The reception staff then told us to sit down and wait "5 minutes while they rang to confirm the booking. We watched the reception staff for 20 minutes while they checked in other customers and we then asked what was going on. We were then given a blank look from the reception staff person, she shrugged her shoulders and handed over the room keys etc without any further explantion.
Hotel was well situated for shopping and beach access, however our room was at the end of a street full of bars, who's patrons/staff partied every night until late (4am one morning!) Made for some interesting sights!!
Shopping Tip : Take advantage of the "outlet shuttle bus", which was much cheaper than the taxi fares being asked for.

some of the rooms are old and needs renovation
breakfest hours are short
its a nice hotel, the staff treat you very nice, the view from the room is very nice and u cant miss it when in town because its very high, master control in the roo for electrisety and air condition, very cosy loby and lounge. all and all we enjoied our vacation there
Restaurant Tip : no' 6 resturant is neer and very good
