The small family-run hotel is an incredible one-minute drive from Phuket Airport and the beach. Simon, a British expatriate, Wan, his Thai wife, and a team of dedicated staff are what truly make Phuket Airport Hotel a firm favorite among visitors. Nai Yang beach is about 600 meters the hotel, but Simon or one of the hotel staff is usually more than happy to chauffeur guests to the beach! Even though it is located within walking distance from the airport, the hotel is surprisingly tranquil and noise pollution is minimal, as it does not lie under the flight path. All ten beautifully decorated and fully equipped bungalows face the hotel’s small, but clean swimming pool.

expensive for what you got. for that price breakfast should be free. could not get hot water to work. it is very convenient for flight arriving after midnight

Near Airport, Manager Friendly We booked it as we were coming into Phuket Airport after midnight then out next morning early to Phi Phi. But even still we were very disappointed. Also the breakfast was the most basic I've ever seen for a hotel saying breakfast is included. There's a beach right near the airport also. I recommend spending the extra 5 mins in the cab and staying there. Tho the manager is a very sweet young Thai lady. The driver who took us to the boat to Phi Phi was also straight off the gran prix track without the driving skills. Fortunatly my girlfriend speaks Thai and told him to slow down.

The hotel is very close to the airport, about five minutes walking or one minute by taxi. It has a decent restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower was terrible. The water was incredibly hot and only misted out of the shower nozzle. The room was not very clean, and it had many mosquitoes. The Phuket Airport Hotel is a good place to stay if you are only spending one night, or less than eight hours as we did. I would not stay there more than one night. It worked great for us because we only had one short night in Phuket, and a very early morning flight to catch. The airport is a short walk from the hotel which was convenient for our early departure. The restaurant is fairly good, and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially with some calls we had to make to other places around Thailand. I think it's good for what it is: a bed close to the airport. It is a little over priced for what you get, and the rooms were not very clean.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you have no heavy luggage, I recommend walking to the airport instead of spending the money on a hotel taxi.
