1) Sea view ! Waking up to see sea, sand sun from the room is very great...
2) Hotel staffs is quite good !

The rate of transportation which hotel offered ( from airport to hotel ) was very expensive! This is the second time i chose to stay here...The first time was last month, i was very impressed with everything... but for the second time, it was the high season... very crowed in hotel... we paid more expensive than last time but got the room very far from lobby and sea view... However, there were lot of mini restaurants around hotel... So, no worry about dinner.. Price was quite reasonable

Location is excellent to restaurants, beach, shopping and activities.
Great for families.
Excellent beds and pillows.
Pool Side Rooms are great to have a quiet swim away from main pool area.
Good bottled water provided.
This hotel has everything you need, and if not, just ask.
Great fresh juices, fruit, breakfasts. Pool Towels seem to cause endless issues. Never lose your towel card as it leads to lengthy questions. One of our children swapped a large towel for a new towel and was given two small towels which then caused issues at checkout as the number of towels we had didn't equal the number given at checkin.
Likewise apparently the number of cushions in our room differed between checkin and checkout and this caused a very lengthy delay as we had to convince them we didn't know where the cushions were, to the point of opening suitcase to prove it.There are some language barriers. Just count the towels and cushions upon checkin and make sure they balance at checkout.
The rooms are tired, hotel fitout is tired, coffee is dreadful and food is average.
Awfully noisy with building repairs and new outdoor deck being built for our week stay constant drilling, banging, sawing, at time of booking, we were not notified of this.
TVs in rooms are too small. Fabulous location for families or people who like to be amongst the action of Kata Beach. Easy to shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful but not overly friendly like at Katathani. Tour desk arranged a brilliant tour of James Bond Island and sea canoeing for us, could not fault it. Excellent beds and room sizes. Rooms & bathroom were a little tired as are the tired and worn finishes in and around the hotel. But if your happy to go with the flow, stay here as its great. We had interconnecting pool side rooms, great for the kids to have at their disposal away from the main pool. Main pool a little small for the number of guests and some issues arise over banana lounges. The beach is a good alternative as there seems to be a habit with people of all nationalities bagging lounges before breakfast and then not using them till lunchtime. The main foyer has wireless, it was supposed to work in our room with a login password, but it didn't.
The main pool is clean and the pool of tranquility is nice to use.
Great for teenagers.
Hotel Feature Tip : For those with extremely early checkouts for flights, the hotel will pack you a take away meal box. You have to request this. The meal box consisted of a drink, banana, sandwich and cake.

Central location at Kata beach, convenient for shopping and bus transportation. Very nice swimming pool. I stayed 2 days in this hotel in October. Everything is very nice, good large swimming pool, convenient located in the center of Kata beach. Everything is in close distance.
Travel tip : Recommend to book a room includes breakfast and you may get a better room. As it seems breakfast is expensive if you have to pay it separately.
