Away from Patong noise. Big pool areas. Horrible service at pool restaurant. Orders took forever to come, if they ever came... Check you invoices carefully at check out. You might find suprises there...

Close walk to the beach, quiet rooms, good quality, plenty of computers in business area A large resort with vast grounds. Our room was away from reception, which was fine, until we had a drunk early morning intruder banging on our door. When we called repeatedly requesting security, we never did get any response. 5 minute walk to the beach was easy. Nice breakfast buffet.Very clean rooms and nice decor.

Location, a walking distant to the quite part of patong beach.
quiteness and room space and a lot of greenery. Breakfast. Not a lot of selctioons to choose from As soon as I arrived to the hotel I was informed that I was upgraded to a honeymoon suite. Thanks
The service was amazing exept at night, the hotel worked on a skeleton of staff. Internet services was down. Overall. I will come back to the hotel with my family and would highly recommend it to friends.
One more thing. 28th of december was a celebration for a local hero. Fireworks under my balcony started early at 8 am. Not good at all.
