It's an oasis in Patong beach, quiet, nice swimming pools, facilities, restaurant OK, and close to nice places in Patong. Kids place and nice gardens.It's in front of beach, just cross one street. Only 2 restaurants, need to go outside to get really good food. It's a nice hotel for families, simple, good breakfast, close to best mall in Patong, besides not possible to walk on the streets with stroller (it's an adventure). Safe, and friendly staff.

clean and close to the beach old and outdated for an 4 stars hotel. They charge way too much for what they deliver. I wish somebody would really advise us about Patong. It's a dirty place and we would not go back: not so nice hotels and restaurant as in Koh Samui and this hotel reflects the spirit of Patong: old, expensive and in need of refurbishing and "make-up"

Big hotel - nice pool area - very nice landscaping - good location. Rooms are outdated...staff is not that friendly...no Internet...no breakfast included. If you like the feeling of staying in a big resort this would good for the money. Also, optimal if you like using the hotel amenities such as the pool, etc. However, I think you get more for your money by staying at the smaller newer hotels...the rooms at this hotel are outdated feel dirty (likely because the a/c does not work too well so it feels very damp in the room). Smaller hotels all offer free inet and breakfast.
