Service at the reception was excellent.
The desing of the pools with a lot of greens
is good and feels tropical, relaxing.

This is a quiet, modern resort with a great pool and attentive staff. The airconditioning in my room was weak, but otherwise resort was excellent value. The Burasari resort was an excellent value for the price. Situated just off Patong Beach in Phuket, the hotel is a quiet refuge away from the noice and nightlife of central Patong Beach just a half a block away. Guests can select a swim out room with patios that open right into the pool. There is a restaurant and bar which serves excellent food and drinks. Staff were eager to please and exceptionally attentive to anything that the guests needed. I would hands down come back to this resort again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : This resort is centrally located righ in the middle of Patong Beach restaurants and nightlife.

Very nicely arranged, Peaceful surroundings, Excellent decor with many tropical plants in a very traditional way.Good plesent bar.Cheerful staff.Cleanless was good. Room was a bit small leaving very less space to adjust belongings. Bedside tables were too far to reach. Breakfast was always very catastrophic.The receptionist was very unfriendly.Sould not be on the front desk. The moment I arrived at the Hotel I was given a long lecture by the receptionist about the terms and conditions of the Hotel. It was like entering a military accademy. Had I not been booked and paid all in advance , I would have immidately gone to another Hotel. She should never be on the front desk at all. Rest of the staff were friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was a bit disorgnised[always a lack of spoons, or proper seating arrangments. Mostly i have to run and collect suger, milk or any other necessary things from others tables. Once you get up to get something to refill the plate.. all the stuff from the table disappears[quickly removed by the staff] tea /coffee lady was very miserable.Location, most of the staff and cleaniness was very good. IDD[Telephone] from room is very expensive.Two five minutes[aprox]calls to Canada and Seven minutes to India costs £40.
