Great rooms with balconies. Swim up bar and good service
Breakfast was OK, could be batter and the meals were not that exciting
All and all I think that the stay was great, the staff were freindly and the location was good, just enopugh out of town. The construction site was a little noisy. When the hard rock opens accrross the road will be good too. Cab to the airport was cool and the pool itself is great with the bridge that goes over the water fall. Will definately reconmentd it to my freinds.

Bad service!!! building site!! general attitude of staff!!
upon arrival i was given a room that had building works going on directly outside the windows on both sides on the same level as the room from 8am till 9pm . on requesting a change of room iwas told this wouldnt be a problem the next day!! when i enquired the next day this wasnt possible but could be done for 1000 baht surprise surprise!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY WORSE ENEMY!!!

The best thing about this hotel was the pool. Their pool is huge and awesome. The pool bar is a plus.
The location was ok, but a lot of construction going on around the Hotel. Also in my friends room his A/C leaked all over the floor and this was told to the Hotel Staff after our first night. Our 2nd night there, in the middle of the night he slipped and fell and had to get stitches in his head. The Hotel accommodated us with a bowl of fruit!!!!!!
Overall the Hotel Staff was nice and the pool is cool and clean. I really liked the pool bar! The room itself was what we paid for. Some things that I didn’t like were the bathroom. There was no shower curtain and the water was always brown when you turned it on. The beds are also smaller then advertised. Our room said 2 queen beds, they where barley full size. The location is good, but a lot of construction going on around the Hotel.
Shopping Tip : Make sure you bargain on everything you want to buy at the surrounding stores. The people there are very nice and will bargain with you for a sale. Also try shopping at more then 1 place.
