Great location (5 min to beach and 10 min to Jungceylon), Breakfast, clean and new Bar street at the back side. Try to avoid this wing I like this hotel. The location is great. Just 5 minutes walking to beach. Hard Rock cafe is just opposite side of street. Live music in the evening at hotel lobby restaurant. Huge market is just beside hotel. Walking 10 min to Jungceylon. Hotel provides green towels which can be used for beach. The breakfast is good with many choices of Asian and Western food.
Restaurant Tip : Russian restaurant Tropicoza at Patong beach.

Dining was good and the location was good too. Staff have to be more guest friendly and the aircons have to be improved. The location was just right and the dining was superb.There have to be more staff at the reception to cater to the needs of a huge hotel.

All TV stations are in Thai except for maybe 2-3 foreign languages First off all, booking my accommodation online through agoda could not be easier. In fact it was made only a couple of hours prior to checking in. And yet checking in was hassel free. Please believe me, booking online is definately cheaper for those who think otherwise. I would say the hotel was fairly good. The staff were friendly and the food was fantastic. Very close to Patong city centre. You could literally get all your needs within a 50 meter radius (food, transport, money exchange and even a pharmacy if you fall sick). This island is famous for its water based attractions and some of the beaches surrounding it are just breathtaking. Definately a tourist paradise.
Shopping Tip : Share a minibus when being transported to the hotel from the airport. cost approx 150 bhatt/person.
Never convert large sums of money at the airport (currency exchanges along the street give better rates - also there are plenty of exchanges) just walk along the street and compare their rates before converting.
